7 Cups Kellog's Corn Flakes
1 Egg
1 Cup Fat-Free Milk
1 Cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
3 Lbs Chicken Pieces
3 Tbsp Margarine or butter
1 Tbsp Caynene Pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika

Steps:

  • 1) Place Kellogg's Corn Flakes cereal in shallow dish or pan. Set aside. 2) In medium missing bowl, beat egg milk slightly. Add flour, salt, pepper, caynene pepper and paprika. Mix until smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with cereal. Place a single layer, in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray or foil lined. Drizzle with margarine. 3) Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender, no longer pink and juices run clear. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.

1 cup skim milk
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 lbs chicken pieces, rinsed and dried
3 tablespoons margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Place corn flakes in shallow dish or pan; set aside.
  • In small mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper; mix until smooth.
  • Dip chicken in batter; coat with cereal.
  • Place in single layer, in foil-lined shallow baking pan.
  • Drizzle with margarine.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender, no longer pink and juices run clear. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.

½ cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
5 bone-in, skin-on chicken breast halves
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Stir milk, egg, flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in milk mixture; roll in cornflakes to coat. Transfer to a baking sheet or dish.
  • Bake until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
