Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add Brownie Mix and beat until smooth. Spread into greased pan and bake 40 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center, comes out clean.

- Melt 1 c. butter and chocolate in 2 qt. pan, stir til smooth.
- Stir in remaining brownie ingredients, except chips.
- Mix well.
- Gently stir in chips.
- Spread 1/2 of batter in greased or sprayed 13x9 pan.
- Combine all filling ingredients in small bowl.
- Beat at medium speed till creamy.
- Spread over brownie batter in pan.
- Spoon remaining batter over cream cheese.
- Some cheese mix may show through.
- Bake for 30- 35 min.
- Cool Completely.
- Cut into bars.
