DOUGHLESS DELUXE LOW CARB PIZZA
Uses chicken puree as a crust. It tastes close to regular crust, but you have to be careful not to overcook the chicken so it does not dry out. I use alot of sauce to balance it out. This helps alot. You could also try some dark meat, or even ground chicken or beef to raise the moisture level. It is a good way to lower your carb intake and raise the protein, which assists in weight loss and muscle building.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Boil chicken until cooked.
- Combine chicken, eggs, parmesan, and spices in a blender and puree until you've got a fairly thick liquid.
- Coat a pizza pan or cookie sheet and pour mixture into pan spreading so that it's an even thickness.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over crust.
- Add, pepperoni, mozzarella, mushrooms, peppers, onion and olives.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and toppings cooked.
LOW CARB PIZZA
Pizza without the dough! Basically the burger replaces the dough and you cook it in a casserole dish instead of a pizza pan.

- Take your browned burger (personally I love pork burger because it is a tad sweeter) and layer it in the bottom of a casserole pan. Next add your pizza sauce, then layer with cheese and add your toppings. Bake at 350°F until your cheese is melted, approximately 30 minutes.

VERY LOW CARB TO ZERO CARB PIZZA
This very low carb pizza should please even the Big Carbers amongst your friends and family. Eaten hot, it should be treated like a casserole, but cold it can held like a regular pizza slice. Bonus -- no wheat or gluten. Just meat, cheese and a bit of tomato paste.

Steps:
- Cook ground beef with about 2 cups of water (water helps beef cook to crumbly) in a large pan on medium-high til completely done. Drain.
- Add 3 eggs, crushed pork skins, and 1/2 can of tomato paste and stir til blended. Spread in large casserole dish and press into bottom to make burger crust.
- Make 3 layers of cheese and pepperoni over hamburger. Cover with tin foil and cook at 400 for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook til browned to taste.
- Serve hot in dishes, as it will not hold together. Cold, it can be sliced and eaten like regular pizza.
- Optional:.
- Feel free to add any other spices, meats or (argh) veggies to taste. I like to add about a 1/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot to my hamburger crust mix before spreading it into the pan.
- NOTES:.
- A - This is 1/2 of 4oz bag of Rinds. Any pork skin/rinds will do. The dryer the better.
- B - This is 1/2 of 6oz can of Tomato Paste.
- C - I buy the large bag of shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni at Costco. Since my family loves tons of cheese and pepperoni, the cheese will do just over 2 pizzas, and the pepperoni will do just over four.
