Not sure where this originated someone passed it on to me. Sounds good since I love cooking with Dr. Pepper.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any fat.
- Stir in tomato paste, garlic, Worcestershire, chili powder, onion flakes, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then stir in Dr. Pepper and water. Cook 6-8 minutes, until bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in salt and pepper.
- Serve over grilled hot dogs.

Steps:
- In heavy saucepan mix together sugars and Dr. Pepper.
- Cook over low heat.
- stirring constantly until all sugar is dissolved, then cook stirring occasionally until soft ball stage (238 degrees F) is reached.
- Remove from heat, add marshmallows and nut meats together.
- Beat hard for 1 to 2 minutes until mixture starts to cream.
- Drop on wax paper in small balls, about 1 tablespoon at a time.
- They should flatten out around the edges leaving mound of nut meats in the center.
