EASY DEVILED CHICKEN
This crunchy, yummy recipe requires very little preparation so you can spend more time with your family and less time in the kitchen!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Melt butter/margarine and mix in a small bowl with mayonnaise and mustard. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl or plate.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Roll seasoned chicken breasts in mayonnaise mixture, then dip in mixed herbs and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.

BEST DEVILED CHICKEN RECIPE SRI LANKAN (SIMPLE & TASTY)
Steps:
- Clean, rinse, and cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces. Add ginger and garlic pastes, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken covered under the high flame until all the liquid evaporates or 15 minutes, whichever comes first. In halfway through open the lid and give a stir to avoid burning.
- Fry the cooked chicken pieces to golden.
- Cut the onions, tomatoes, and banana peppers into medium-sized pieces. Also, half the green chilies and mince the ginger and garlic. Besides, get ready with curry leaves, lime, tomato sauce, red chili flakes, and crushed black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add minced ginger, minced garlic, curry leaves, and green chilies. Sauté them for one minute under high flame.
- Then, add onion, tomato, and banana pepper. Sauté them for two minutes under high flame. Stir frequently.
- Now, add fried chicken pieces, red chili flakes, and crushed black pepper. Mix and stir them for one minute under a low flame.
- Add some salt and tomato sauce. Give a good mix until all combined under low flame.
- Finally, switch off the flame and add the lime juice. Give one last good mix.

- Place breadcrumbs in a large, resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, seal bag, and shake to coat chicken with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken. Cook 3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Add wine, savory, salt, and mushrooms to the chicken. Cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until chicken is done. Remove chicken and mushrooms with slotted spoon, and place on serving plate.
- Add lemon juice and mustard to skillet, and stir well. Heat through. Serve sauce with chicken.

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown chicken in oil, then remove from skillet and dip in cracker crumbs to coat; set aside.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Dip chicken pieces into 1/4 cup melted butter and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl combine remaining 1/4 cup melted butter with paprika, salt, mustard, chili powder, cayenne pepper water; mix together and pour mixture over chicken.

BANANA CHICKEN

- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Sprinkle chicken pieces on all sides with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix coconut cream with lemon juice.
- 3. Peel bananas and cut each banana into halves lengthwise. Brush chicken and bananas thickly with coconut mixture and roll in crumbs, pressing firmly to make them adhere. (*Note* - this is messy) Brush a baking pan with some of the butter. Place chicken pieces in a single layer into pan and drizzle with half of the butter. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes.
- 4. Add bananas and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake for another 15 minutes.
- 5. Voila!

- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 12 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, combine onion and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove and let cool.
- Combine chicken, blue cheese, wing sauce, blue cheese dressing, and celery in a large mixing bowl.
- Remove eggs from hot water, cool under cold running water, and peel. Slice in half lengthwise and separate yolks and whites.
- Add egg yolks and cooked onion to the chicken mixture; mix until well combined. Taste and add additional wing sauce if needed. Put the mixture in a resealable bag and squeeze it to one corner. Snip off the corner and pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
