EASY BAKE OVEN SECRET CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat Easy Bake Oven 15 minutes
• Stir together the sugars and margarine. Add the baking powder, vanilla, water and flour, stirring until flour disappears. Mix in the chocolate chips.
• Roll the dough between your fingers and make 12 small balls, 1/2 inch each. Place a few balls on a greased and floured sheet or pan with space between them. Bake 10 to 12 minutes Repeat until all the cookies are baked.
• Makes 12 cookies.

EASY BAKE OVEN COOKIE MIX

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, flour, baking soda and brown sugar. Cut in the shortening until the mixture resembles cornmeal. There should be no lumps of shortening left. Measure 1/2 cup of the mixture into re-sealable bags or containers for storage. Label and date each bag. This mix can be stored in a cool dry place for up to 12 weeks.
• To make the cookies, empty one package of the mix into a bowl. Stir in 2 teaspoons of water, 1 tablespoon of raisins and 1 tablespoon of mini semisweet chocolate chips. Mix well and shape teaspoonfuls of dough into small balls. Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with the buttered bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Follow you oven's instructions for baking.

5-INGREDIENT EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Sift flour and brown sugar into a bowl; stir in eggs. Mix butter into flour mixture until dough is creamy; fold in chocolate chips. Spoon dough onto a baking sheet, keeping them about 3 inches apart.
• Bake in the preheated oven until slightly brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.

Steps:

• Combine all dry ingredients.
• Add shortening and flavorings; either cut in with pastry knife or use the whisk attachment on your stand mixer. Mixture should resemble corn meal.
• Store in air tight container. If you are really dedicated, you can store in 1/3 cup portions, but I just put it in a big Ziplock bag and measure out when needed.
• To Use: Combine 1/3 cup of mix with 2 tsp of water. Roll into little balls and cook, three at a time, in Easy Bake oven that has been pre-heated about 15 minute Bake for 8-10 minute.

EASY BAKE OVEN RAISIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat easybake oven for 15 minutes.
• In a small bowl, combine cookie mix, water, raisins and chocolate chips. Stir with a spoon until mixture holds together in one big ball. Shape a small amount of dough at a time into a ball. Arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet.
• Butter bottom of small drinking glass. Dip buttered glass bottom in sugar. Flatten each ball by pressing with sugar-coated glass.
• Bake 10 to 12 minutes in Easybake oven. Remove from oven. Cool on a rack.
• Each package of mix makes about 9 cookies.

FUDGE-STUFFED CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Line a small, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a 1/4-ounce (1/2 tablespoon) cookie scoop, portion hot fudge into 18 balls; place on prepared baking sheet. Freeze, uncovered, until firm, at least 30 minutes, up to 12 hours.
• Meanwhile, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
• Beat together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on medium speed until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. With mixer on low, add eggs, one at a time, beating until just combined after each addition. Beat in vanilla until just combined. With mixer on low, gradually add flour mixture, beating until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
• Cover cookie dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 3 large, rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
• Using a 1-ounce (2 tablespoon) cookie scoop, portion 1 scoop of chilled cookie dough, and place in the palm of a floured hand. Using a floured thumb, gently create a cavity in the center of the cookie dough. Place 1 frozen fudge ball in center cavity; scoop an additional cookie dough portion, and place on top of fudge ball, wrapping excess dough around fudge ball and rolling in hands to seal.
• Place on a prepared baking sheet; repeat process with remaining dough and fudge balls, placing 4 inches apart on prepared baking sheets (6 per sheet).
• Refrigerate, uncovered, until firm, at least 30 minutes, up to 12 hours.
• Bake one baking sheet at a time in the preheated oven, until golden brown, 14 to 16 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Serve warm or transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool completely, about 30 minutes more. Repeat with remaining stuffed cookie dough balls.
