EASY PHILLY CHEESE STEAK PIZZA

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a skillet with cooking spray.
- Cook and stir beef sirloin in the prepared skillet over medium heat until browned on the outside and slightly pink in the middle, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer sirloin to a plate.
- Spray the skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray. Add mushrooms, onion, and green bell pepper; cook and stir until just turning tender, about 5 minutes.
- Roll pizza dough onto a baking sheet and top with American cheese. Spoon mushroom mixture and sirloin over American cheese layer and top with Mexican cheese blend.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.

CHEESESTEAK SKILLET PIZZA

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Heat a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat; add 2 tablespoons of the oil. Add the onions, green peppers and some salt and pepper and cook until the onions are browned and the peppers are tender, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
- Return the skillet to medium-high heat; add 2 tablespoons of oil and the steak. Cook until browned on both sides, about 3 minutes. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
- Wipe out the skillet and add the remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Place the pizza dough in the skillet and carefully stretch it out until it fills the entire skillet (the skillet will be hot). Add the steak, onion mixture, mozzarella and provolone over the top. Bake until the crust is cooked and the cheese is melted and browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Top with the chopped cherry or banana peppers if using.

- Preheat oven to 450°. Season steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add steak; cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145° for medium-rare doneness. This BBQ chicken pizza is quick and easy. I used Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce (my fav) and Pillsbury® ready-made pizza crust. My friends loved it!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion, red bell pepper, and mushrooms until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Add diced tomatoes; cook and stir until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Combine vegetable mixture and chicken in a large bowl; add barbeque sauce and mix well.
- Spread pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet. Spoon barbeque sauce mixture over crust and top with cheese blend.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbling and melted, 13 to 18 minutes.

- Shape beef into three 1/2-in.-thick patties. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and meat is no longer pink. - Brown ground round in large in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 minutes.
- Add onion and bell pepper; cook until beef is not pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, breaking beef up into small crumbles.

- Top with beef mixture, then cheese.
