Easy & Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole with Breakfast Sausage image

A cheesy and savory breakfast casserole that is perfect for lunch! It combines the savory flavors of cheddar, sausage, and tater tots with little cooking skill involved. Perfect for Father's Day!

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 roll Jimmy Dean Regular Premium Pork Sausage (browned until cooked )
1/4 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper
1 bag Tater Tots (cooked according to package)
2 whole green onion stalks (chopped )

Steps:

  • Heat oven to cook tater tots until done -about 20 minutes.
  • Brown sausage in a skillet until done, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and spices.
  • Line a casserole dish with all the tater tots.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and tater tots. Bake for 25 minutes on 375.
  • Remove from oven, and add sprinkle cheese, and green onion.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes.
