- Pour mixture into a 9×13 baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or the center appears firm.
- Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Stir in the cheeses and chiles. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.,

I snagged this wonderful dish from Missouri's Innkeepers book. I used 8 ounces mixed cheddar and Monterey Jack and 8 ounces of Monterey Jack. I baked it about 45 minutes.
