4 slices uncooked bacon
1 cup diced onion (to taste)
1 16oz can of: kidney beans, butter beans, and navy beans (drained)
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Steps:

Preheat 350 degrees lightly spray a 1 1/2 casserole dish with oil. Cook bacon, just until rendered it's fat, do not brown. Add onion and cook until translucent. Put onion, bacon in bowl. Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in another bowl. Combine with beans, mix, pour into casserole. Cook 1 hour covered.

Steps:

Mix drained cans of beans together. Fry but don't brown bacon. Add beans, bacon and onions to casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Soak beans overnight.
Cook in water until just about half tender; drain.
Add other ingredients.
Bake in oven until tender, 2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees.

1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

Place apples in greased 9 x 13 inch dish.
Mix remaining ingredients together in ORDER given, in pan and bring to a boil.
Simmer, stirring until thick.
Pour syrup over apples and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
