EASY GROUND PORK STIR FRY RECIPE



Easy Ground Pork Stir Fry Recipe image

Ground pork stir fry is one of the easiest ground pork recipes. It takes less than 30 minutes and is full of flavor!

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pound ground pork
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking wine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
2 teaspoons minced ginger
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/3 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey
bunch of basil leaves

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, add soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  • Add ground pork and mix to combine.
  • Add oil to a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Then add garlic and ginger. Stir fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add sliced bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Turn the heat to high, and add pork mixture. Stir fry for about 4 minutes or until the meat is nicely browned. Use a wooden spoon to break up pork into small pieces.
  • Add oyster sauce and honey. Mix well.
  • Add basil leaves and toss to incorporate. Serve with rice and enjoy!

3 green onions, chopped
5 slices fresh ginger
¾ cup water
1 pound ground pork
3 tablespoons Chinese rice wine, divided
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 teaspoons salt, divided
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
40 shrimps, minced
½ cup diced mushrooms
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
100 (3.5 inch square) wonton wrappers
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken stock

Steps:

  • Mash green onion and ginger in a bowl with water. Mix in pork, 2 tablespoons rice wine, soy sauce, 2 teaspoons salt, sesame oil, and white pepper.
  • Combine shrimp, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 teaspoon salt, mushrooms, and celery in a bowl. Add to the pork mixture; stir until filling is well combined.
  • Separate and place wonton wrappers onto your work surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pork-shrimp filling onto the center of each wrapper. Use your finger or a pastry brush to lightly moisten edges of wonton wrappers with water. Fold one corner of the wrapper over the filling onto the opposite corner to form a triangle. Press edges together to seal.
  • Bring the chicken stock to a rolling boil. Add wontons and cook until they float to the top, about 5 minutes.

1 lb pork sausage
2 green onions (scallions)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon wok oil or 1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pinch salt
wonton wrapper (store bought)
vegetable oil (for frying) or peanut oil (for frying)

Steps:

  • Mix pork, green onions, garlic, wok oil, soy sauce, salt together. (adjust amounts to personal taste).
  • Wet edges of each wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center. (work one at a time).
  • Heat the oil for cooking to at least 350 degrees. (To see if the oil is ready, drop a wonton in and if it starts to bubble you are set to go!).
  • Fry to golden brown.
  • Serve with dipping sauces. (Sweet and Sour, duck sauce or Hot mustard).
