- Unroll the crescent dough on a work surface; coat each side of the dough with 1 tablespoon flour. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into about ¼-inch pieces. Mix the crescent dough pieces into the bowl of sausage mixture in small amounts until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into 42 1¼-inch balls. Place in the pan. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes.

- Place sausage and cheese in a large mixing bowl and combine well
- Spead Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Rolls onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp of flour
- Cut crescent rolls into small squares
- Add crescent squares a little at a time to meat and cheese mixture combining well
- Pull meat mixture apart and form into 30 balls
- Place sausage balls onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve and enjoy!
