Steps:
- In a large skillet brown the chicken in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Place in the slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.
- Top with the minced garlic and butter (cut into pieces)
- Squeeze the lime juice over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
- Then in a small bowl whisk together the cornstarch in the half and half.
- Stir in the crock crock and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Serve over angelhair pasta with parmesan cheese and more fresh lemons.

- In a large skillet over medium heat cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until brown. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and oregano and stir until well incorporated. Cook until heated through.
- In a large bowl mix together the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon a layer of the meat mixture onto the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a double layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles. Break to fit noodles into slow cooker. Top noodles with a portion of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layering of sauce, noodles, and cheese until all the ingredients are used.
- Cover, and cook on LOW setting for 4 to 6 hours.

Steps:
- Brown beef, add onion and garlic - cook until onion is softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, water, tomato paste, salt and oregano - mix well.
- Spread one fourth of the meat sauce in an ungreased slow cooker. Arrange one third of the noodles over the sauce.
- Combine the cheeses.
- Spoon one third of the cheese mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat layers twice.
- Top with remaining meat sauce.

- Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Combine the oregano, seasoned salt and pepper; rub over chicken. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the chicken in butter; transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. - In a bowl, mix the oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture into chicken. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken in butter for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Place chicken in a slow cooker.

- Cut the tops and bottoms off of the garlic heads and lemons. Cut the lemons in half. Place the garlic and lemons in the bottom of the crockpot insert.
- Combine the salt, pepper, and oregano in a small bowl. Season both sides of each chicken breast with the seasoned salt mixture.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet to brown, 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the browned chicken to the crockpot and place on top of the garlic and lemons.
- In a pot, whisk the chicken broth, lemon juice, and bouillon together. Pour over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Place thyme sprigs on top of the chicken.

- Cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink.
- Drain.
- Mix in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil and crushed red pepper flakes and simmer 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon 1/3 of beef mixture into a 5-quart crock pot.
- Break 3 lasagna sheets in half and arrange over beef mixture.
- Top with half of ricotta mixture.
- Repeat with another layer and finish with remaining beef.
- Cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours.
- Turn off crock pot.
- In a bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of lasagna.

- If you like to sneak veggies into your lasagna, add a can of zucchini in tomato sauce to the meat mixture.
- I keep cooked ground beef in the freezer so this is easier to put together. I mix the beef and tomato mixture and let sit overnight. I then assemble the lasagna in the morning.
