Easy Egg Free Chilled Lemonade Dessert Recipes

SWEET & TART EGG FREE LEMON BARS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 8x8 glass baking dish, or fully line with parchment paper.
• In a large bowl, stir softened butter, confectioners sugar, and vanilla. Add flour and salt and stir until combined.
• Press into bottom of baking dish, reaching up the edges of the dish about an inch (to prevent filling from going beneath crust). Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until crust has just begun to turn a light golden color.
• While crust is baking, prepare your filling. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
• In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk dry ingredients into wet until combined. Pour over warm crust, and bake for 18 minutes, or until bubbles have formed all over the top, and bars have begun to set. (The middle will still be a bit jiggly, but will set up more as it cools.)
• Cool completely in pan on a wire rack, or chill in refrigerator. Cut into 16 squares with a sharp knife. Dust with confectioner's sugar immediately prior to serving. These are best served chilled. Store covered in the refrigerator.

CHILLED LEMONADE DESSERT

Steps:

• Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mixes in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved; set aside. Beat cream cheese and lemonade concentrate in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Add gelatin; mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
• Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour into serving bowl.
• Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Garnish with berries and lemon slices just before serving, if desired. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

LEMONADE DESSERT (FROZEN DESSERT)

Steps:

• mix together Ritz crackers, melted butter, and powdered sugar. reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
• press into the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
• in a bowl combine condensed milk, cool whip and lemonade until blended.
• pour over crust.
• sprinkle the top with reserved topping.
• freeze overnight and serve frozen.

EASY EGG FREE CHILLED LEMONADE DESSERT

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine boiling water with lemon gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
• In a separate bowl, beat cheese, lemonade concentrate and lemon zest until well combined. Stir in gelatin.
• Chill until thickened, but not set.
• Oil in a 6-cup mold.
• Fold whipped topping into thickened gelatin mixture and pour into prepared mold.
• Chill until firm, then unmold on a serving platter.
