Delicious and easy! If you use Fleichmann's Unsalted Margarine, it's also dairy-free.(Check your label to be sure!) Of course, those of us who can handle dairy can use real butter and top with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. SO yummy!

5 -6 cups peaches
2/3 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine (Fleischmann's Unsalted is DF)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • Peel and slice peaches into a 9" square or round pan. You can also use canned or frozen, thawed peach slices.
  • Combine oatmeal, flour, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg with a pastry blender or fork.
  • Crumble over peaches.
  • Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream (or a dairy-free version).
  • ENJOY!

4 cups sliced fresh peaches
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup cold butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Arrange peaches evenly in an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl using a pastry cutter until evenly crumbled. Fold oats into flour mixture; sprinkle and press topping into peaches.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup butter, chilled

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Layer the peaches in a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Slice the butter into chunks and mix it into the dry ingredients until it looks like pea size crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over peaches.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly golden.
