½ cup butter
1 (16 ounce) package brown sugar
½ cup milk
¾ cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ½ cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Prepared chocolate frosting

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease mini-cupcake pans with nonstick cooking spray. Mix cookie dough with peanut butter just until swirled. Press 1 rounded teaspoonful of dough into each of the prepared cups. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool in pans. Run a small knife carefully around the edge. Remove from pans to a cooling rack. When completely cool, place a scant teaspoonful of frosting in the center of each cookie.

  • Dollop 1 to 2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  • Cover each dollop of peanut butter with more chocolate and smooth out the top.

1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme

  • Line an 8-in. square pan with foil; grease with butter., In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 20 Reese's peanut butter cup miniatures, roughly chopped
2 cups brown sugar
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted (It's really important that you sift!)
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk (I used 1%)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with saran wrap so that it will be easy to lift the fudge out of the pan. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a rolling boil, then cook for exactly 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in peanut butter and mix to combine. Then add in vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture to the bowl of your mixer. Add in sifted confectioners sugar, one cup at a time, mixing between adding more. After you've added all of the confectioners sugar, mix well! The mixture is going to be really thick. Press the mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures over the fudge and gently press them down. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, or until firm, then use the saran wrap as handles to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into small squares.

5 cups white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 (16 ounce) jar peanut butter
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme

  • Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a large saucepan with a candy thermometer inserted, pour evaporated milk, butter or margarine, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook until candy thermometer reads 236 degrees F (115 degrees C). Remove from heat.
