SNICKERDOODLE BREAD - TRIPLE CINNAMON SWIRL!
So much cinnamon sugar goodness is baked into snickerdoodle bread! And if that isn't enough cinnamon for you, the bread is topped with a cinnamon sugar crust!

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan by spraying lightly with with nonstick cooking spray, lining with parchment paper, leaving overhang on sides, then spraying again.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the swirls and topping; set it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Measure and add flour, sugar, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt on top of the wet ingredients. Use your fingertips to lightly blend the dry ingredients, then stir them into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Spoon approximately a fourth of the batter into the prepared pan and smooth to an even layer. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar over the batter. Add another thin layer of batter, smoothing it into an even layer and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar over that layer. Add another thin layer of batter, top with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar, and repeat one more time, for a total of 4 layers. Layers will be somewhat messy, just smooth them out as much as possible.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
- Cool the bread for 10 minutes before lifting it out, using the parchment paper wings, onto a cooling rack. For best results, cool to room temperature before slicing.

EASY SNICKERDOODLE BREAD
This snickerdoodle bread is simple and perfect for the holiday season.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease an 8½ inch (standard sizbread pan or dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter, salt, sugar, and cinnamon with a mixer. Add eggs and mix until combined, then add sour cream and vanilla extract and mix for another minute or so until fully incorporated.
- Mix together flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Slowly mix into the large mixing bowl with the wet ingredients until fully combined. Stir in the cinnamon chips until evenly disbursed.
- Spoon the batter into the bread pan/dish as evenly as possible. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar topping and sprinkle generously on top of the batter in the pan.
- Bake for about one hour, then add the reserved cinnamon chips to the top on the bread and bake an additional hour, or until a knife comes out clean when pushed into the middle of the loaf.
- Let loaf cool and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream shortening and 2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well with each addition. Alternately add milk and flour mixture in three stages, mixing well with each addition.
- In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over cake.
- Pour into prepared 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.

SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES - SUPER EASY VERSION
This is the first Snickerdoodle recipe I have tried that was adapted from a family cookbook, but I liked them and I hope you will too! Just give them a try...it uses mostly ingredients that you probably already have and can be easily modified to your taste, so use your imagination! Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 375°F for a non-stick cookie sheet, or 400°F for any other pan.
- Cream the butter, then add sugar and mix.
- Sift the flour,salt, and baking powder into the mixture, add egg and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- If you find your dough is a bit too sticky, throw it in the freezer for roughly 15 minutes or until firm enough to handle.
- Shape the dough into walnut size balls and roll in topping mixture.
- Place about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes (8 is usually enough, so keep an eye out).

- Cream together sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt with an electric mixer until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add eggs and mix well. Mix in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
- Combine flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Pour into egg mixture and mix well. Stir cinnamon chips into batter. Spoon batter into 4 mini loaf pans until 2/3 full.

- Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until fluffy.
- Add eggs and mix.
- Add Vanilla and sour cream and mix.
- Mix flour and baking powder in a seperate bowl. Add to wet ingrediates and mix until well combined.
- Add cinnamon chips and stir into batter.
- Spoon batter into load pan until about 2/3 full.
- Mix 3 tablespoon of sugar and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon in a bow and sprinkle over the batter in the loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-38 minutes.
EASY SNICKERDOODLE BLONDIES

- Combine the butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla. I used my mixer and it worked great!
- Add in the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder).
- Spread in a greased 9x13 inch pan. The batter will be thick almost like a cookie mixture.
- Combine the cinnamon topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when pressed. Once it cools, it will harden more.
