1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup O Organics milk
1/2 cup O Organics peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt ({only use if you used unsalted butter})

Steps:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar, cocoa, milk and butter.Slowly bring to a boil, while constantly stirring.
  • Allow mixture to boil for 1 minute.Remove from heat and stir in salt, vanilla and peanut butter until well combined.
  • Serve immediately with marshmallows, vanilla wafers, pound cake and brownies. Fruit like strawberries and bananas also make great dippers.

  • Stovetop: Add all three ingredients to a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring almost constantly, until melted and smooth. Pour into fondue pot.
  • Microwave: place all three ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Pour into fondue pot.

1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter (not the natural kind)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Optional dippers: pretzel rods, bananas, strawberries, dark chocolate bars, marshmallows

Steps:

  • Whisk together the cream and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. When the cream is hot but not boiling, add the peanut butter and gently whisk until combined and smooth. Take off the heat. Whisk in the chocolate chips just until melted.
  • Serve immediately with your desired dippers, such as pretzel rods, bananas, strawberries, dark chocolate or marshmallows. If the fondue breaks, try whisking in a couple of tablespoons of cold heavy cream at a time.
