1 (8 ounce) package semisweet chocolate
1 can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

Melt the chocolate in thr top of double boiler.
Add condensed milk; stir until blended.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a greased pan and chill until firm.

½ cup butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (16 ounce) package chocolate fudge frosting

Steps:

Butter a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips together over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in frosting. Mix well.
Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into squares. Store, covered in refrigerator.
