This espresso soda is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up! It's light and refreshing, and is the perfect way to mix up your coffee routine.

1/2 cup ice (75 grams)
1 shot espresso, cooled (8 grams)
1 tsp of simple syrup, optional (4 grams)
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract (4 grams)
1 cup club soda (236 grams)
1 Tbsp milk, optional (15 grams)

Steps:

  • Place 1/2 cup of ice in a medium-sized glass.
  • Pour in 1 shot of cooled espresso.
  • Add in 1 teaspoon of simple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract.
  • Top with 1 cup of club soda, and a splash of you favorite milk if desired.
  • Enjoy immediately!
