Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Place fish in single layer in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix all remaining ingredients except TATER TOTS until blended; spoon over fish. Top with TATER TOTS.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and TATER TOTS are heated through.

- - preheat oven to 425 degrees. - cook frozen veggies according to directions on package, or cook fresh veggies until soft - place veggies on bottom of a baking dish - place fish fillets on top of veggies - combine soup, 1 cup cheese, 1/4 cup milk, and pepper. stir well - spread mixture over fish fillets - top with tater tots - bake for about 20 mins, until fish is fully cooked - sprinkle on remaining 1 cup of cheese - bake 5 mins or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and beginning to brown, about 15 minutes. Add the beef to the onions and cook until the meat is brown, stirring and scraping the bottom of the skillet to release the yummy brown bits, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the beef and onion mixture from the skillet into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Scatter the green beans and corn evenly on top. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over top and top with frozen potato tots. Bake uncovered for 1 hour; the potato tots should be golden brown. Serve.

"IT'S A KEEPER!" FISH STICK CASSEROLE
There are several versions of this recipe, this is how I make it. My nephews LOVE it! It tastes like cheesey fish sticks, potatoes and a slight taste of creamy tartar sauce all baked into one! :) **If you don't like tartar sauce, simply omit the sweet pickle relish. But we LOVE it just like this! :)

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9 by 9 by 2-inch square baking dish with the butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Add 1 cup of the yellow cheddar cheese, 1 cup of the white cheddar cheese, the ham and the tater tots.
- Mix the mixture thoroughly.
