STIR-FRIED NOODLES & BEANSPROUTS



Stir-fried noodles & beansprouts image

3 nests medium egg noodles
1 tsp vegetable oil
4 spring onions , sliced
300g bag beansprout
soy sauce , to serve

Steps:

  • Put the egg noodles in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 8 mins, or until the noodles are tender. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and fry the spring onions for 1 min.
  • Add the beansprouts and continue to fry, stirring, for 2 mins. Drain the noodles and add to the pan with a good splash of soy sauce. Stir-fry for 1 min more, then serve.

As soon as winter arrives, I really want to eat all kinds of fried noodles with garlic sprouts, which is full and satisfying

100g Green bean sprouts
100g Shredded pork
1/2 root carrot
5 pieces Garlic sprouts
400g Soda noodles
200g Chinese cabbage
Some Soy sauce
Some pepper
Some salt
Some White sugar
5 drops Vinegar

Steps:

  • Carrots, shredded pork, marinated in soy sauce, marinated with garlic sprouts and green onions, cut into silken mung bean sprouts Just boil it, pick it up and let it cool in water
  • Fry a poached egg in a hot pan
  • Marinate the shredded pork for half an hour, fry the egg and fry the shredded pork until it is broken, then set it on a plate
  • Shred carrots, green onions, garlic sprouts, cut into thin slices and saute
  • After sauteing, add the cabbage and stir fry until the cabbage becomes soft
  • Add bean sprouts because bean sprouts are easy to get out of the water and will be unwilling, so at this time, speed up and keep on high heat so that the pot will smell and smell.
  • Quickly stir-fry the shredded pork before adding the salt, soy sauce, sugar, and then drop a few drops of vinegar on the side of the pot so that it won't feel greasy
