FROSTED PINEAPPLE LEMON GELATIN

Steps:

• Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the ginger ale, bananas and crushed pineapple. Transfer to a 13x9-in. dish. Refrigerate until firm., For topping, combine sugar and flour in a small saucepan. Gradually whisk in reserved pineapple juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. , Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount into egg; return all to the pan, stirring constantly. Cook and stir until a thermometer reads 160° and mixture is thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in butter. Cool to room temperature., In a small bowl, beat cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into custard. Spread over gelatin. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.

• Put gelatins in a bowl and add boiling water, stirring until dissolved. In a separate container, whisk together mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Pour into gelatin. Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line mini-muffin pan with mini-cupcake papers (1-1/2 inch in diameter).
• Stir together pineapple with juice, cake mix, gelatin, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Spoon level tablespoon into each cupcake paper.
• Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Cool completely on wire racks. Pipe frosting creating a small flower on top of each cake bite, decorate with sprinkles.

LEMON PINEAPPLE JELLO DESSERT

Steps:

• In medium sauce pan mix jello and water stir just until mixed.
• Add pineapple and cream cheese.
• Cook over medium heat until cream cheese is dissolved (it will not look very good but it is okay).
• When cream cheese is completely melted, pour into a 9x13-inch pan Chill overnight.
• Top with thawed Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts (if desired).

Steps:

• Dissolve jello in water and cool.
• Add 7-up.
• Add marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and bananas.
• Pour into a 9 x 13 pan or glass dish.
• Put in refrigerator to set.
• To make frosting, mix sugar, flour, juice and egg in saucepan and heat until thickened.
• Wait for mixture to cool.
• Add cool whip to mixture.
• Frost jello salad.
• Keep in refrigerator.

LEMON JELLO WITH PINEAPPLE AND WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE

Steps:

• Make jello according to package instructions. When slightly set, stir in pineapple pieces. Chill. Add marshmallows to whipping cream and spread over top. Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts.

Steps:

• Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water. Add soda pop, and cool. When partly set, add pineapple, bananas, and Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallows to Jell-O. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass Pan.
• Frosting: Mix flour and sugar well. Add pineapple juice and cook until thick. Cool.
• Add whipped cream to frosting and spread on Jell-O salad.
• Sprinkle on grated cheese for color, or you may use chopped nuts if desired. Must set in fridge for 24 hours.
