Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
½ lemon ( juiced)
⅓ cup sugar
14 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
1 ½ cups strawberries (diced)
½ cup maraschino cherries (chopped)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tub whipped topping (8 ounces)

Steps:

Place bananas in a large bowl and mash. Stir in juice from ½ of a lemon.
Add sugar, pineapple and greek yogurt. Stir until smooth. Stir in cherries and strawberries.
Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving.

Everyone loves this refreshing dessert in the summer when it is hot outside. It goes down so smooth, you can just keep eating and eating it!

Ingredients

1 box strawberry banana flavored jello
2 fresh bananas
1 c boiling water
8 pkg strawberry cream cheese
8 oz whipped topping (cool whip)
1 large strawberry for garnish

Steps:

1. Boil water and delute the jello until dissolved
2. Put bananas and cream cheese into blender.
3. Blend until mixed then add the cool whip until it is totally smoothly blended.
4. Cool the jello a bit and then add to the blender and blend until all incorporated.
5. Pour into mold or 9x9 square glass dish.
6. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Add strawberry to the top for garnish.

1 (21 ounce) can strawberry pie filling
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
3 medium bananas, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

Stir together pie filling& ice cream.
Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice.
Add bananas& nuts to ice cream mixture.
Turn into 8 individual molds- freeze until firm.
Move to the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
Unmold onto lettuce lined plates.

12 oz cool whip
10 oz frozen or fresh strawberries (thawed and w/ juice)
3 bananas
1 c sugar
1 c drained crushed pineapple

Steps:

Mix sugar and cream cheese. Add cool whip and mix together. Add pineapple, strawberries and bananas.....FREEZE. Take out 10-15 min before serving.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries in juice, thawed
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

Combine cream cheese and sugar in a bowl; add strawberries and pineapple. Fold in the whipped topping.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the strawberry mixture into the loaf pan.
Place in the freezer until firm, about 6 hours. Set loaf pan in a warm water bath to loosen. Flip mixture onto a cutting board to remove; cut into slices.

The original recipe for this was called "Champagne Salad". I changed it because I leave out the bananas and pecans as my kids don't care for them. If you wish to include them, add 2 diced bananas and 1 cup chopped pecans. I place this in cupcake liners (the foil kind) and freeze on a cookie sheet until solid and then place in a freezer bag. This makes portioning easy. The title says salad but this is realy more of a dessert.

3/4 cup sugar
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
20 ounces crushed pineapple
10 ounces Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:

Drain pineapple.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and cream cheese.
Add the strawberries and pineapple.
fold in the cool whip.
Freeze in a 9 x 13 pan or in cupcake liners.
To serve: Thaw the 9 x 13 pan for about 20 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
My kids eat the cupcake size ones still frozen- they are like a popsicle.

1/2 cup sugar
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

Drain pineapple juice into a medium bowl; set pineapple aside. Add bananas to the juice. In a large bowl, combine cranberry sauce and sugar. Remove bananas, discarding juice, and add to cranberry mixture. Stir in pineapple, whipped topping and nuts. , Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Freeze until solid. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before cutting.
