- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, mix dry cake mix and dry pudding mix. Add melted butter, egg, water and vanilla; stir until soft dough forms. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls; roll in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart; flatten slightly. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Store tightly covered.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets with shortening or cooking spray. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar; roll around to coat and shape into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched lightly in center. Immediately remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine all the dry ingredients together: sugar, brown sugar, soy glour, xanthan gum, cinnamon, cloves, ginger. Run through a flour sifter to remove any large pieces of brown sugar.
- Mix well.
- Add in the eggs, softened butter and molasses.
- Mix well, dough should be firm enough to roll into balls.
