1-1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup peach yogurt
1 can (5-1/2 ounces) apricot nectar
1 teaspoon honey
Orange slices and maraschino cherries, optional

Steps:

  • Place the first four ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish with oranges and cherries if desired.

This is an easy way to incorporate those healthy ingredients into your diet in the easiest and most delicious way.

¼ cup coconut cream (*canned - or 4 oz unsweetened almond milk if you don't do coconut.)
8 grams ginger (Small 2 inch piece)
1 tbsp Allulose (*to taste)
1 tsp turmeric (ground)
½ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cinnamon
5-6 ice cubes (*to taste)
1 scoop MCT Oil Powder

Steps:

  • Put everything in the blender and blitz until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
  • Serve immediately.

1 cup peeled and diced pineapple
½ cup diced carrot
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Try: Tattle Plant Protein Blend or Whey Protein Isolate)
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ lemon, juiced
½ tbsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ cup ice, optional

Steps:

1-2 cups Coconut milk, more or less based on desired consistency.

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Add more coconut milk if needed to reach desired consistency.

This bright smoothie is the perfect morning pick-me-up with help from the turmeric and ginger. Carrot juice can be used in place of the shredded carrots-simply add a few more ice cubes at the end of blending.

1-1/2 lightly packed cups coarsely grated carrots (about 5 oz.)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk; more as needed
1/2 large orange, peeled (about 5 oz.)
2 Medjool dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 to 1-1/2 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
2 medium ice cubes; more as needed

Steps:

  • Put the carrots and half of the coconut milk in a blender. Blend on low speed while slowly adding the remaining coconut milk, about 20 seconds, scraping down the blender as needed; blend until smooth or only slightly coarse, about 20 seconds. Add the orange, dates, lemon juice, ginger, and turmeric. Blend on low speed, and slowly increase to high speed; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add more coconut milk as needed to thin the smoothie to your desired thickness. Add the ice and blend on high speed to crush and incorporate, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.

A Pinch Black pepper Powder
3/4 Water (or as required)
Mint or Cilantro leaves (few sprigs)

Steps:

  • Wash all the fruits nicely.
  • Peel oranges,carrots, turmeric root and ginger root. Don't peel apple.
  • Cut all the fruits in small pieces and blend in the blender with water. Add some Mint/Cilantro leaves if you want.
  • Pour in glass, squeeze in lemon juice, add the sweetener and black pepper and mix. Enjoy the Golden Smoothie.

  • If too thick, thin with more coconut milk or water. If too thin, thicken with ice (or more frozen banana, though it will add more sweetness).
  • Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more cinnamon for warmth, black pepper for spice, ginger for "zing," turmeric for earthiness / more intense color, or banana for sweetness. Adding carrot juice will also add sweetness and more intense orange/yellow hue.
