This crunchy baked seasoned cracker dish can be used as a side dish, a dressing or a stuffing.

¾ cup vegetable oil
1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 (12 ounce) package oyster crackers

Steps:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, ranch-style dressing mix, dill weed, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Pour this spice mixture over the crackers in a medium bowl, and stir until the crackers are coated. Arrange the crackers on a large baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated 275 degrees F (135 degrees C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

This is similar to the other recipes posted here, but with a couple changes. I went ahead and posted it, as my Grandma made these every year at Christmastime and they are extremely addictive!!! I guessed on the servings...if you're like me, you make a pig of yourself and don't share, so it's a 1 serving recipe!!! ;) Note, due to a few reviewers saying these were too oily, I changed the oil amount!

1/2-1 cup oil, to preference
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 (10 ounce) packages oyster crackers

Steps:

Mix oil, dressing mix, lemon pepper seasoning, dill, and garlic salt.
Pour over 2 (10 oz) packages oyster crackers.
Serve and enjoy!

1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper and/or garlic powder, (optional)
1 (16-ounce) box oyster crackers

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 250°F. In a small bowl, add the oil, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, dill, and lemon pepper and/or garlic powder. Stir until mixed through. In a 1-gallon-size Glad® Zipper Bag, add the crackers and oil mixture. Seal the bag and toss until well-coated. Arrange the crackers on an ungreased half-sheet pan in a single layer. Bake the crackers for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

I saw the other recipes here for oyster crackers, but I didn't have parmesan, and we don't like dill - so this is how I made them, and they are yummy!

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) bag oyster crackers
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 -3 tablespoons kosher salt

Steps:

Carefully open the bag of oyster crackers and add the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt right to the bag, fold up and shake to coat all the crackers.
Place crackers on your baking stone or cookie sheet, and broil the crackers for 5-10 minutes, or to your liking!
Enjoy!

3/4 cup oil
2 tsp dill weed
1 package of hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Steps:

Mix all ingredients well. Pour over crackers and mix evenly. Once the crackers are fully coated then mix every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Pour crackers on a paper towel for a few hours before putting them in a container. Let them stand overnight before eating.
