- Pour in the Rotel and the cream of mushroom soup and stir ingredients together.
- Place the crock pot on low setting for an hour, letting the ingredients meld.
- After about 30 minutes, add the browned meat and continue to let cook, stirring as needed.

GREATEST QUESO THAT EVER LIVED
There are multiple versions of this recipe out there, and my brother-in-law just uses the Rotel and cheese and calls it good. We like this recipe with sausage rather than ground beef. The cream cheese adds flavor and creamy texture.

- 4. Keep warm and serve with tortilla chips or crackers of choice.
