Check out this deceptively simple makeover for everyday burgers: a different kind of bun, and a quick swipe of herb-flecked spreadable cheese.

- Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix ground beef, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 oval patties, about 1/2 inch thick, to fit hoagie buns.
- Cut 2 (18x12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil. Generously spray half of one side of each foil sheet with cooking spray. Place onions evenly in center of sprayed portion of foil; generously spray onions with cooking spray. Fold unsprayed half of foil over onions so edges meet; seal edges with tight 1/2-inch folds and fold again, allowing room for heat expansion.
- When grill is heated, place patties and packets on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill. Cook 11 to 13 minutes, turning patties and packets over once, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F and onions are tender.
- Spread cheese onto bottom halves of buns. Top each with lettuce leaf, patty and onions. Cover with top halves of buns.

PHILLY-STYLE CHICKEN CHEESE STEAK
I was surprised not to find a recipe on Allrecipes for a Philly-style Chicken Cheese Steak so I decided to create and publish one. Depending on who you ask, this sandwich may or may not be authentic Philly style, but it is fantastic. Getting a good, fresh hoagie roll is key to this sandwich being perfect.

- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy plastic on a work surface. Firmly pound chicken with the smooth side of a meat mallet to a 1/2-inch thickness.
- Cook chicken breasts on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 2 to 3 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Shred chicken; season with seasoned salt.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook and stir until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in chicken; cook until heated through.
- Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler, or preheat a toaster oven.
- Spread chicken mixture on the bottom half of each hoagie roll. Lay 2 pieces of provolone cheese side-by-side over chicken mixture.
- Place hoagie rolls under broiler or in toaster oven and cook until provolone cheese is melted and bread is crunchy, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Spread 1 teaspoon mayonnaise on top half of each hoagie roll. Top each half with 2 tomato slices and 1/2 of the lettuce. Fold halves together and roll each hoagie tightly in foil, using a knife to push any filling back inside. Set aside for flavors to blend, 1 to 2 minutes.

- In a large bowl, toss green pepper and onion with oil. Place on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 12 in. square). Fold foil around vegetables and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 12-15 minutes or until tender; set aside., Cut loaf in half horizontally; remove bread from top half, leaving a 1/2-in. shell (discard removed bread or save for another use). Brush cut sides of loaf with salad dressing; place cut side down on grill. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown., Place bottom of loaf on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. x 12 in.). Layer with turkey, two Swiss cheese slices, ham, cheddar cheese, pastrami and remaining Swiss cheese. - 1. Place Frozen Prepackaged grilled chicken on Microwave safe plate (1/4 of a cup). Heat until thawed. Approximately 2min. Depending on your Microwave.
- 2. While heating chicken place, sliced Hoagie rolls in Toaster until browned.
- 3. After Hoagie rolls are browned place on a microwave safe plate.
- 4. Spread 2 Tbs. of Refried beans on each Hoagie roll
- 5. Add Pre heated Grilled chicken, on top of Re-fried beans
- 6. Pinch Pre Shredded Cheese (Your Favorite) on top of Chicken.
- 7. Place Microwave safe plate of "Hoagie Roll delight" in Microwave and heat until cheese has melted. Approximately 60sec. Depending on your Microwave

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Brush both sides of each chicken breast with barbeque sauce and place in the baking dish. Top each breast with 2 slices bacon.

- Generously rub the jerk seasoning over the chicken thighs.
- Put the bell pepper and onion in the bottom of a 4-5 quart slow cooker.
- Place the chicken thighs over the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix the broth and ketchup together; pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.

- Heat oil in skillet, add onions, peppers & mushrooms. Continue to stir occasionally. Until they are browned and onions start to carmelize.

- 1. Slice chicken breast in half horizontally and place in between plastic wrap. With a mallet pound chicken into thin cutlets about ¼ inch thick place in a zip lock bag with Kona coast marinade and marinate 30 minutes.
- 2. In a frying pan cook bacon until crispy place on paper towel to drain excess fat.
- 3. Preheat grill on medium high heat and cook chicken for 5 minutes turn and cook additional 4 minutes.
- 4. Cut rolls in half and place cut side down and grill just until lightly toasted
