HALLOWEEN RICE KRISPIES TREATS

Steps:

• Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
• Melt the butter and the marshmallows in a medium sized saucepan over medium-low heat. Once the marshmallows are melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Quickly stir in the cereal. Stir in the candy and sprinkles.
• Pour the marshmallow-cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press to flatten. (I like to spray my hands with cooking spray and use them to press the treats into the pan - just be careful not to burn yourself.) Cool completely before cutting into squares.

HALLOWEEN RICE KRISPIE TREAT CAKE

Steps:

• Melt the butter in a large pot on medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until they're melted. Remove the pot from the heat.
• Stir in the Rice Krispies, candy corn and Reese's Pieces.
• Dump the Rice Krispies mix into a bundt pan that's been coated with cooking spray. Use wax paper to press it firmly into the pan.
• Let cool and place a plate over the pan. Invert the pan so the "cake" sits on the plate. Slice into wedges to serve.

FRANKENSTEIN RICE KRISPIE TREATS

Steps:

• Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
• Melt the butter in a large sauce pot or Dutch oven on the stovetop.
• Stir the vanilla extract and salt into the butter.
• Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter mixture, stirring until the marshmallows have fully melted.
• Then add green food coloring until you have the shade of green you want.
• Remove the mixture from the heat, and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal.
• Spread the Rice Krispies mixture into the greased baking dish and let them cool.
• Cut the entire pan of treats into squares or at least, as close to square shaped treats as you can.
• Using the tip that comes with or goes on your icing, add hair to your Frankenstein with the black icing. Just do a zig-zag along the hairline, and outline around the top of the head. Then fill in with black icing.
• Also, add a small smile or mouth, as well as a piece of stitching to one cheek.
• Add candy eyes, setting them in place with a tiny bit of icing on the back.
• And that's it! They're ready to serve at your Halloween party!

RICE KRISPIE TREAT PUMPKINS

Steps:

• In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
• Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and combined with the butter.
• Remove from the heat. Add several drops of yellow food colouring, mix it together, then add red food colouring one drop at a time, mixing as you go. Add red/yellow drops until you reach your desired colour. (I used about 4 drops red and 12 drops yellow). Mix well.
• Add the Rice Krispies and stir to combine.
• Coat both sides of your hands with a generous amount of cooking oil or butter, and roll the Rice Krispie mixture into small balls. Set on parchment paper. Add oil/butter to your hands after each ball.
• While the balls are still warm, gently press a Mini Rolo into the top of each pumpkin for the stem and add a green M&M beside it as the leaf. (Tip: If the pumpkins cool before you're finished, use the end of a thick marker or apple corer to make a small indent in the top for the chocolate to sit in.)
• Allow to cool until firm.
