- In a heated pan, place the pork without oil. Cook it till the pork juice comes out. Continue to cook till it dries up Add the oil and continue to fry till golden brown. Add the garlic and continue to sauté. Add the onion and continue sautéing till the pork and onion is tender. Then add the tomato sauce. Bring it to boil. Then add the water and simmer it for 10 min. Add the hotdog sliced diagonally and the bell pepper. Continue to simmer till the pork is tender and the sauce dries up. Once cooked, let it cool down and set aside. Prepare the llanera or foil tins. Place cling film inside the foil. Slightly beat 1 1/2 eggs and pour it in the foil. Arrange 3 slices of eggs, 4 slices of pineapple, green & red bell pepper and hotdog strips. Add 1 1/2 cup of pork mixture and squeeze it in . Slightly beat 1 egg and pour it on top of the pork mixture. Make sure it is well covered. Cover it with foil and steam it for 30 min. Once cooked, let it cool down completely and place it in a plate upside down. Enjoy!

- Saute onion and garlic in oil in a deep pan or pot over medium heat. Add pork and chorizo cubes and cook until meat turns opaque and slightly browned.
- Add tomato paste and water. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Cover the pot with the lid and lower the heat to low. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Remove the cover and continue to simmer until liquids are reduced significantly into a very thick sauce. Add diced carrots, bell pepper, raisins, relish and pineapple tidbits. Continue to cook until sauce is almost gone. Add grated cheese and sausages and mix until the sauce dries out.
- Turn off the heat and let the meat cool down. make sure it is no longer hot. Add the breadcrumbs and beaten eggs to the meat. Mix well.

- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Crack the raw eggs and add to the bowl. Mix well.
- Arrange the mixture including the sliced boiled eggs in oval containers. These are locally known as llanera. Cover the llanera with aluminum foil.
- Boil 8 cups water in a steamer. Using the steamer, steam the llaneras with pork giniling hardinera for 30 minutes.
