Can use cherry or strawberry pie filling or fresh, sliced, sweetened strawberries.

Steps:
- Bake cake mix according to package directions for 2 layers, let cakes cool.
- Prepare the pudding according to package with the 5 c. milk.
- In a large punch bowl, start with one layer of the cake, broken up into pieces. Spread with half of the pudding, then slice three bananas over the pudding. Then layer 1 can drained pineapple, one can pie filling and half of the coconut.
- Repeat in the same order with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with whipped topping, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Chill and serve.

HEALTHIER PUNCH BOWL CAKE- WW FRIENDLY!
I was having company and wanted to bake a punch bowl cake. I looked on here for a recipe and to my dismay saw that regular punch bowl cake was a whopping 891 calories for 1/10 serving. I could have fainted!! Here's great punch bowl cake using much healthier options!

Steps:
- 1. Pour the cake mix into a bowl and add the egg substitute and the Diet 7-up. Mix well.
- 2. Pour the mixture into a cake pan (9x13) and bake for about 35 minutes on 350 degrees. Allow to cool completely.
- 3. Meanwhile, pour your two boxes of pudding into a bowl. Add the four cups of milk and use a whisk to stir. Refrigerate until the pudding is set. (usually about 10-15 minutes).
- 4. Cut the cake into several rows and then into squares. (You should get about 7 rows and 6 columns).
- 5. Use about 12 cut up strawberries, put into a sauce pan, add the 1/4 cup of sugar and let them cook down just a little until they create a little syrup).
- 6.Add the layers of cake into the bottom of the bowl (usually about 7 cake cubes).
- 7. Begin to layer in this order pudding, strawberries (fresh and cooked), pineapples, bananas, whipped cream.
- 8. Repeat until ingredients are used (usually makes 3 layers of all ingredients).
- 9. Top with maraschino cherries.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Coat a 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, vanilla extract and almond extract; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese and butter until blended.
- Beat in sugar, baking powder and salt until blended.
- Beat in flour and egg mixture, little by little, beginning and ending with flour.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes.
- Cool cake in pan on a wire rack.
- Cut into 12 slices and serve.
- Yields 1 slice per serving.

Steps:
- Mix cake mix, egg white and diet soda.
- Bake as directed in a greased 9x13 pan.
- During the last few minutes of baking, put caramel and condensed milk in a saucepan and stir on medium low heat until smooth.
- Take cake out of oven, and poke holes all over the top.
- Pour caramel mixture over warm cake, filling in the holes.
- Sprinkle Heath bits over the top, reserving some for the top.
- Cool completely.
- Cover with container of FF cool whip and sprinkle with remaining heath bits.
- Put in fridge until ready to serve.
- 3 Points per serving (serves 24).

- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Cake: In a food processor in in a large bowl and using an electric mixer, beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice, oil, cream cheese, lemon rind, and poppyseeds until smooth. In another bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and baking soda; into cream cheese mixture, alternately stir flour mixture and sour cream, making three additions of each. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in centre of oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until a tester inserted in centre of cake comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
- Icing: In a food processor or in a bowl and using an electric mixer, beat all icing incredients together. Spread over top of cake. Garnish with poppyseeds and/or lemon rind.
