- Place the chicken and turkey in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook until slightly browned. Add to a 4-quart slow cooker along with the beans, broth, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, lime juice, celery, corn, bell peppers, jalapeno, onions, cilantro, garlic, chili powder and cumin. You can cook on high for a faster chili that will be ready in 3 hours. Or you cook on low for 6 hours. Set the dial, enjoy your day and come home to a healthy meal.

- Mix ground turkey, tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, chicken stock, onion, hot sauce, chili powder, salt, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, cumin, and black pepper together in a slow cooker; stir to break the turkey into small chunks.
- Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours (or High for 4 hours).

A healthy and tasty alternative to the classic Crock Pot chili! Slow cooked to let those flavors combine and develop... add more "heat" with additional hot chili pepper flakes!

Steps:
- Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a sauté pan. Sauté onions, peppers and garlic until soft, and slightly browned (about 3-5 minutes). Put into crock pot.
- Heat remaining oil in the same pan and brown ground turkey until fully cooked (about 7 minutes).
- While the ground turkey is browning, drain and rinse all of the canned beans and add to the crock pot.
- When the ground turkey has finished browning, drain and add to the crock pot.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients to the crock pot and stir well until thoroughly combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours (4 hours on high, if you are in a hurry).
- Top with 2 tablespoons of shredded Mexican cheese (OPTIONAL) and serve.

- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place turkey in the skillet, and cook until evenly brown; drain.
- Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray, and mix in turkey, tomato soup, kidney beans, black beans and onion. Season with chili powder, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, allspice and salt.
- Cover, and cook 8 hours on Low or 4 hours on High.

- In a large skillet, cook and crumble turkey with celery, onion and pepper over medium-high heat until turkey is no longer pink, 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Stir in seasonings, tomatoes, pasta sauce, chili beans, water and corn., Cook, covered, on high 1 hour. Reduce setting to low; cook, covered, until flavors are blended, 5-6 hours., Stir in kidney and pinto beans; cook, covered, on low 30 minutes longer. If desired, serve with sour cream, avocado and jalapeno.

- Using a large pan, heat the oil of a medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and red pepper and saute for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the minced turkey or chicken to the pan until cooked through and then add the chilli powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper and salt, stirring well.
- Add the tomatoes, stock, kidney beans and sweetcorn. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until the chilli thickens and the flavours come together. (Alternatively, add to a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.)

- Preheat a large sauté pan with the tablespoon of oil over medium high heat. When the pan is hot add in the diced onion and stir until it starts to soften, about 2 minutes.
- Add in the ground turkey, minced garlic, all the spices, salt and hot sauce. Break up the turkey into small crumbles with a wooden spoon and stir everything together so that it's coated in the spices.
- Once the turkey is almost cooked through pour the mixture into your slow cooker and add in the remaining ingredients. Stir everything together then cover with the lid and set on low for 4-6 hours depending on how fast or slow your slow cooker cooks.
- Serve the chili topped with shredded cheese, green onions, cilantro and plain Greek yogurt or sour cream if desired.
