Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onions and cook for 15 minutes, stirring often until onions have lightly caramelized; cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, then add cream, cheese and dressing, stirring until smooth. Fold in the caramelized and green onions.
- Pour mixture into the pastry shell and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes before serving.

- Sprinkle bacon and cheese into the pie shell.
- Beat eggs until frothy.
- Add cream and dressing mix, mixing well.
- Pour into pie shell covering the cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes at 400.
- Reduce heat to 350 and bake 15-20 minutes until center in set.
- Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH QUICHE LORRAINE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃). Sprinkle ½ cup cheese into pie crust. Whisk eggs . Add other ingredients including the remaining ½ cup of cheese. Mix well. Place in pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350℉ (180℃). and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, until center is set.
