Homemade (Virtually) Fat Free Vanilla Coffee Creamer image

A decent coffee creamer that doesn't have all the hydrogenated oils and chemicals. You can change the flavor by adding different extracts (like almond) and spices (cinnamon is great!).

14oz. can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 cups Original Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 22 servings (2T per serving).
  • Variations:
  • Struesel - omit the 2 tsp vanilla, and add 1T cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tsp almond extract
  • Chocolate Almond - omit the 2 tsp vanilla and add 1T cocoa powder and 1 tsp almond extract

  • Combine half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract together in a container with a lid; cover container and shake vigorously until creamer is smooth.

1 pint fat-free half-and-half
1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine half-and-half and condensed milk in a small pot over medium-low heat; warm until steaming. Add cinnamon and vanilla extract. Heat for 5 more minutes, being careful not to boil.
  • Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour in a glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
