HONEY BOURBON SALMON
This is a tasty grilled salmon that you will do again and again. Don't over cook the salmon or you'll end up with a dry meal! Nice for an intimate meal for two.

Steps:
- Combine marinade ingredients and pour over salmon, soak for 1 hour.
- Spray grill with cooking spray.
- Grill salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
HONEY BOURBON GRILLED SALMON
Steps:
- 1) Rinse salmon & pat dry. 2) Gently place in a large plastic bag. 3) In a small bowl- stir together bourbon, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger & pepper. 4) Pour sauce over salmon into bag. Marinate in frig for 1 hour, turning occasionally. 5) Get out your fish bag, set aside marinade. Take salmon out 6) Spray down the grill with non-stick spray. 7) Place fish on grill, brushing the fish down with leftover marinade. 8) Grill for 8-10 minutes. Your salmon will be done when it easily flakes with a fork. Enjoy, you've created a masterwork!

I serve this as a main dish, appetizer, or whatever you desire. Bacon and seafood lovers' delight. You can always tweak things to your family's taste.

- Mix steak seasoning sauce, 6 tablespoons brown sugar, bourbon, and scallions together in a large bowl to make marinade.
- Toss salmon cubes in marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator, 4 to 6 hours.
- Wrap each salmon cube with bacon; use a toothpick to hold bacon in place. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons brown sugar on top.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill bacon-wrapped salmon, turning frequently, until bacon begins to crisp, about 5 minutes.

- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients but salmon. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute; set aside., Place salmon on oiled grill rack, skin side down. - Combine honey, bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a small pan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium high heat, stirring continuously.
- Reduce heat to medium and maintain a steady boil for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. You'll need to take pan off of the burner and let the bubbling settle down to check it. - Move an oven rack to about 4" away from the broiler. Preheat broiler to high.Brush oil in an oven-safe pan or casserole dish. Use your fingers to brush the marinade off of the salmon and move it to the prepared pan. Reserve marinade.Slide the pan into the oven.Broil salmon for 6-8 minutes per 1" thickness, or until the fish is opaque and easily flakes apart with a fork.Do not flip the fish halfway through cooking.
