HONEY CINNAMON MONKEY BREAD
Sweet, sticky, short-cut monkey bread made with flaky honey-butter biscuits, and drenched in honey-cinnamon syrup!

Steps:
- Pour the sugar in a gallon-sized plastic bag.
- Remove the biscuits from the tubes, and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Place the biscuit pieces in the gallon-sized bag, working in batches, and shake to coat with sugar.
- Layer biscuit pieces in a greased bundt pan.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, whisk together honey, cinnamon, and butter.
- Heat until butter melts.
- Pour evenly over the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until the end of a wooden spoon lightly pressed near the center does not depress the biscuits. It should not feel soft when you press near the center.
- Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
- Serve warm.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom and sides of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches, with shortening. Mix 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and the cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
- Stir Bisquick mix, milk, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, the vanilla and egg in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in cinnamon-sugar. Place dough randomly in pan. Sprinkle with any remaining cinnamon-sugar; drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over dough balls.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack.
- If desired, make glaze by mixing powdered sugar and water in small bowl until thin enough to drizzle; drizzle over loaf. Cut into slices. Serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350° Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces; shape into balls. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar. Arrange evenly in a generously greased 9- or 10-in. fluted tube pan. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar., Combine butter and brown sugar; pour over the top. Place tube pan on baking sheet; bake until dough is golden brown and cooked through, 35-45 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting bread onto a serving platter.

- Whisk the warm milk, yeast, and sugar together in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook or paddle attachment. Cover and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the eggs, butter, salt, and 1 cup flour. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula, then add the remaining flour. Beat on medium speed until the dough comes together and pulls away from the sides of the bowl, about 2 minutes. *If you do not own a mixer, you can mix this dough with a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula. It will take a bit of arm muscle!*
- Keep the dough in the mixer and beat for an additional 2 minutes or knead by hand on a lightly floured surface for 2 minutes.
- Lightly grease a large bowl with oil or nonstick spray. Place the dough in the bowl, turning it to coat all sides in the oil. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or a clean kitchen towel. Allow the dough to rise in a relatively warm environment for 1-2 hours or until double in size.
