Steps:
- For the Pork Tenderloins Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground cinnamon. Rub on all sides of the tenderloins and let the tenderloins sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. (If you need to wait longer than 30 minutes, be sure to put your tenderloins in the refrigerator). Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Put a large frying pan or skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. When pan is hot, add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the pork tenderloins to the hot pan, one at a time, and sear on all sides, about 1-2 minutes, until nicely browned. Put the pork tenderloins onto the foil-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145-155 degrees F. on a meat thermometer. Do not overbake. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange on a serving platter and cover with the Honey Garlic Sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. For the Honey Garlic Sauce While the pork tenderloins are baking in the oven, prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce. In a medium-sized saucepan on the stove, add the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, hoisin sauce, minced onion, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to boil. Mix the corn starch and cold water together in a cup or bowl. When the sauce mixture begins to boil, slowly pour the corn starch mixture into the boiling sauce, whisking continuously as you pour. Continue to whisk the sauce until it thickens. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. (The sauce will thicken more as it cools). Add red pepper flakes if desired. When ready to serve, pour the desired amount of sauce over the sliced pork on your serving platter. (You may not use all the sauce, depending on your preferences).

Steps:
- In a liquid measuring cup or a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mild honey, sriracha, and rice wine vinegar. Set aside.
- Pour the oil into a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium high heat and swirl to coat. Let it heat until it is shimmering. While the oil heats, sprinkle the pork strips with kosher salt and black pepper then toss with your hands to distribute it evenly. Carefully add the pork to the pan, working in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. Let the first side brown, flip the pieces with tongs or a spatula, and brown the second side. Transfer the pork to a plate.
- Return the pan to the heat and add in the garlic and ginger. Stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Raise the heat to high and pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. When the sauce is very bubbly and thickened like warm honey, toss the pork back in and toss constantly to coat everything and reduce the sauce to a thick, sticky glaze on the pork. This can be served immediately over rice, noodles, or as finger food, or can be allowed to cool and be eaten cold.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large (twelve to fourteen inch) heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat.
- When oil is hot, add pork pieces, being careful not to crowd. (If skillet is too crowded, it won't cook properly. Split the pork into two batches, if needed. There should be space between the pieces, so that liquid can evaporate).
- While cooking, season pork with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Saute pork, turning occasionally, until pork pieces are nicely browned and turning crisp on all sides.
- Add garlic and continue to stir until fragrant, approximately one or two minutes.
- (If the pork was split into batches, combine the cooked meat and garlic before going to next step).
- Turn heat down to medium; add honey to pork.
- Stir well, continue to cook for two to three more minues until honey has coated pork well and has slightly thickened (and darkened).
- Enjoy!

SLICED PORK BELLY WITH HONEY GARLIC SAUCE

Steps:
- Slice pork belly into small cube-like pieces. Slice off extra fat, if you wish.
- Add sliced pork belly to a large pan and start frying on high heat. Do not add cooking oil.
- Constantly move pork belly slices in the beginning. Cook them for about 5 minutes on one side on high heat, then 5 minutes on the other side on high-medium heat. Use splatter screen. The total cooking time should be about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, if the pan gets too hot. The sliced pork belly should get crispy and browned.
- As you're cooking you might have to reduce heat from high to medium as the pan gets hot. There shouldn't be any burnt pieces and the pan should not get burned on the bottom (I used stainless steel pan). Don't crowd the pan. Depending on the size of your frying pan, you might have to do this in 2 batches.
- Remove pan-fried pork belly slices to a plate. Remove extra fat from the frying pan.
- Add 1/4 cup honey and 3 tablespoons tamari sauce, and minced garlic.
- Heat up the sauce until it boils, reduce heat, and cook for about 1 minute stirring. Remove from heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and stir it in. Add back the sliced pork belly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds on top. Top with chopped green onion, and serve.

- Season pork all over with salt. Heat 2 tbsp oil to shimmering hot in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add half of pork and brown well on all sides; transfer to a bowl, then repeat with more oil and second batch of pork. (If you do all at once, it won't brown.) Transfer to the bowl.
- To same skillet, add onion (and a splash more oil if pan is dry). Lower heat to medium and cook until soft and golden, about 6 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients to make the sauce. Add sauce to onions, then return pork and any accumulated juices to pan. Give it all a good stir, and add a splash of water if needed to thin the sauce. Cook several minutes longer, until pork is no longer pink inside.
