Steps:
- Write inspiring words on peppers. Beat 2 egg white in a bowl quickly, and mix sugar and melted butter in the bowl. Then add vanilla extract and clear water. And mix them well.
- Add corn starch and middle gluten flour in the bowl. And mix them well.
- Place an oil paper on the baking sheet and spread the batter on the baking sheet with a spoon. Preheat the oven to 170°C / 340°F in advance and place the baking sheet in the oven for 7 minutes until the edge of the cookies is slightly golden. Remove the baking sheet, place a lucky note(fortunin the center of the cookie.
- Borrow the edge of the mug to fold cookies in half tightly with the fortune inside. Put cookies in a mold to maintain its shape.
- Place the cookies in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve it.
