- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mash cream cheese in a bowl until very soft. Add cheddar and 1/2 cup mayonnaise and stir to combine. Stir in crab, pimiento, scallions, lemon juice, salt, and hot sauce to taste. Spoon mixture into two 14-ounce baking dishes, dividing evenly.
- Stir together torn bread and remaining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Top spread with bread mixture, dividing evenly. Bake on a baking sheet until golden brown and bubbling, about 25 minutes. Serve immediately with vegetables.

- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, crabmeat, lemon juice, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer to a shallow 9x13 inch baking dish. Garnish with paprika.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, toss cauliflower florets with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon sea salt.
- Create a foil packet by folding a 20-inch length of Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil in half and then folding the sides over several times. Carefully spoon cauliflower into packet and fold top over several times to seal. Set on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender (use caution when opening foil packet - the steam inside will be very hot).
- In the bowl of a food processor, pulse to combine roasted cauliflower, labneh, 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice, chili oil and garlic and then process 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Taste and add salt as need.
- Spoon spread into a serving bowl. Top with fresh rosemary, remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with toasted flatbread triangles.

- Make the spice mix: In a small bowl, whisk together the paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, mustard powder, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Add the cauliflower florets to a large bowl and sprinkle with the salt and 2 tablespoons of the spice mix, tossing to coat the cauliflower completely. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Make the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, flour, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Add a cauliflower floret to the batter and toss to coat completely.
- Shake off any excess batter and dip the cauliflower into the panko bread crumbs tossing to coat completely.
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Add the cauliflower in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Fry until golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Make the spicy oil: In a small saucepan, combine 1 tablespoon of the spice mix, the sugar, and canola oil. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for about 2 minutes, until the sugar dissolves.
- Drizzle the crispy cauliflower with the spicy oil and sprinkle with the remaining spice mix.
- Serve with white bread and dill pickle chips.

I finally found this recipe( cleaned out ever recipe box), so I am posting it here for safekeeping. Years ago I had this spread at a friends home in Maryland. Got the recipe put it away and forgot where it was. I reduce the fat by using fat-free cream cheese and sour cream.

- Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
- In a 2-quart bowl, blend together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dry mustard and hot sauce.
