1 box (25.5 oz. package) nonfat dry milk
1-1/2 cups (6 oz. container) non-dairy coffee creamer
3 cups Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1-3/4 cups powdered sugar
1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Store in airtight raccoon proof container.
To serve: in a mug combine 1/2 cup mix with 8 oz. boiling water, stir.

Ingredients

1/3 cup water
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk (or more)
1 pinch sea salt

Steps:

In a small saucepan, combine the water, cocoa powder, sugar, and a tiny pinch of sea salt. Whisk briskly to combine.
Bring almost to a boil over medium heat and whiskly briskly for a minute or two until smooth, glossy, and dark in color.
Pour in 1 1/2 cups of milk and whisk until frothy and slightly steamy, but do not boil. Taste, and add more milk if the hot chocolate is too strong for you.
Pour into mugs and enjoy!

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
⅓ cup boiling water
3 ½ cups milk
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup half-and-half cream

Steps:

Combine the cocoa, sugar and pinch of salt in a saucepan. Blend in the boiling water. Bring this mixture to an easy boil while you stir. Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes. Watch that it doesn't scorch. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until very hot, but do not boil! Remove from heat and add vanilla. Divide between 4 mugs. Add the cream to the mugs of cocoa to cool it to drinking temperature.

1 cup 55 to 60 percent cacao chocolate chips, such as Guittard
3 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
Small pinch kosher salt
2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Steps:

Combine the chocolate chips, chocolate hazelnut spread, cocoa nibs and salt in a blender.
Heat the almond milk until just about to simmer in a small saucepan. Pour the hot milk over the chocolate in the blender and allow it to sit for 30 seconds. Remove the middle section of the lid to allow steam to escape and hold a folded towel over the top of the lid, then begin blending the hot mixture on low speed, increasing the speed to high once it gets going. (Be careful not to go too high too quickly to prevent splattering.) Blend on high for 30 seconds. Pour into 4 mugs and serve.
