Ice Cream Bar Yummies Recipes

LEMON YUMMIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C ). Grease cookie sheets.
• In a large bowl, combine sugar, yogurt, oil, eggs lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
• Drop cookies by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Edges should be slightly brown. Let cookies cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets.

YUMMY BARS

Steps:

• Mix together cake mix, melted butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
• Spread half in a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
• Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on the partially baked crust.
• Melt the caramels with the remaining evaporated milk and drizzle over chocolate chips & nuts.
• Crumble and pat remaining cake mixture on top and bake another 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
• Cut when cool.

CHOCOLATE CHIP YUMMIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
• In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth. Combine the flour and baking soda; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the quick oats and chocolate chips. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Place balls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet and press to flatten slightly using a fork.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.

CRUNCHY ICE CREAM BARS

Steps:

• Mix wafers, pecans, coconut and margarine until well blended. Press 1 cup of the wafer mixture firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
• Spoon vanilla ice cream over crust; carefully spread to form even layer. Freeze 25 min. or until firm. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the remaining wafer mixture; cover with the chocolate ice cream. Sprinkle with the remaining wafer mixture.
• Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 min. at room temperature to soften slightly. Cut into 16 bars to serve. Store leftover bars in airtight container in freezer.

ICE CREAM BAR YUMMIES

Steps:

• Unwrap frozen sandwiches and line the bottom of a 9X13 pan. You will slice the last ones in order to make all fit in nicely.
• Spread top of sandwiches with all of the caramel topping.
• Spread thawed whipped topping over caramel.
• Sprinkle the milk chocolate toffee chips over all, cover, and freeze for 2 hours or more. Keep unused desert in freezer. (Use Heath's Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits and not the Brickle).
