IMITATION CRAB AND PASTA ALFREDO BAKE
This is by far my favorite "main dish" casserole I made this year using some of my overabundance of squash from my first vegetable garden. It's creamy, delicious and, best of all, easy.

Steps:
- Slice the squashes and dice the mushroom and onion.
- Combine the Alfredo sauce, pasta, crab, onions, mushrooms, squash, zucchini, parsley and pepper flakes in a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 13x9x2 baking dish and cover with cheese.
- Cover and bake at 325°F for 35 minutes.
- Toss bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake uncovered an additional 5 to 10 minutes to brown.

CREAMY PASTA WITH IMITATION CRAB
Creamy pasta sauce with imitation crab that is ready with little prep but ends up with lots of flavor.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- At the same time, heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic to the hot oil; cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in imitation crab and heat for 2 minutes.
- Begin cooking rotini. Add to the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, stir half-and-half and parsley into the crab sauce; bring to a simmer. Continue to simmer crab sauce, adding pasta water as necessary, while pasta is finishing.
- Drain pasta.
- Mix Parmesan cheese into crab sauce and heat until melted, about 2 minutes. Serve over pasta.

IMITATION CRAB N PASTA
I had a package of imitation crab in fridge so I decided to cook it up with some white wine n to my surprise MMMMMMMMM GOOD :)

Steps:
- 1. Heat olive oil in large pan then saute onion till it starts to turn golden. Meanwhile make pasta.
- 2. Add white wine n cook on low for 5 minutes add crab once pulled apart into small chunks. Then add chicken broth and parsley n salt n pepper (mayb 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes for heat) Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
- 3. Drain pasta n put in large bowl n top with crab mixture n toss in parmesan cheese....ENJOY :)
