Steps:

  • Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to blend. Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate until ready to use or serve.

2 limes, squeezed for their juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 mango, chopped into squares (optional)

1 cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a small food processor EXCEPT FOR the egg and oil, blend till smooth.
