JASMINE MARTINI FOR LOVERS
My new favorite Martini. I'm a lover of gin and Campari and the 2 of these together is seductive. Campari's an Italian alcoholic aperitif obtained from the infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol and water. Secret recipe originally developed in 1860 by Gaspare Campari in Milan. With its distinct red color, aroma and flavor, Campari is a symbol of passion. Campari is a bitter aperitif made according to a Campari is the result of a unique blend of aromatic herbs mellowed in selected spirit. Campari has an astringent, bittersweet flavor to me it's like pink grapefruit.

Steps:
- Place ingredients in a shaker fill with ice. Shake very well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.

Steps:
- Combine the sugar, water, and lemon zest in a pot over medium heat. Gently simmer for 2 minutes until the sugar is dissolved, swirling the pot over the heat now and then - do not allow to boil or get dark. Put the jasmine in a mason jar or glass container and pour the sugar syrup on top; steep for 1 to 2 hours to infuse the jasmine flavor into the syrup.
- In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and 4 tablespoons of the jasmine syrup. Shake until frothy and pour into chilled martini glasses. Float a jasmine flower in each glass for great presentation.
ICING ON THE CAKE MARTINI
Steps:
- Candy confetti, for garnish
- Add all ingredients, except candy confetti, to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of candy confetti.

Steps:
- Muddle 4 whole vanilla pods with Chambord and vodks in base of a shaker.
- Add Jasmine tea, ice and shake vigorously.
- Jasmine tea should be steeped and cooled ahead of time.
- Pour into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with one split vanills bean.
- Note:.
- With the price of the vanilla beans and Chambord this is a very expensive drink.
