Steps:
- Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle, adobe sauce and lime juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a dipping bowl and garnish with the chives.

- Bring the vinegar to a boil in a small, non-reactive pot, and mix in sugar until dissolved. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes, and remove from heat. Mash the garlic and salt into a smooth paste, and mix into the pot. Stir in the red pepper flakes. Cool to room temperature before using, or store up to 2 days in the refrigerator.

I have taken this to MANY family and pot luck gatherings and it always is a huge hit. If you have other favorite veggies, you may add, or omit something if your family doesn't like it. Broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms are just the basics.

Steps:
- Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in a large pot of boiling water until just barely tender. Drain and rise with cold water.
- In a large bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, pepper, celery and onion.
- In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar, mustard, salt and vegetable oil. Mix until well blended.
- Pour the marinade over the vegetables and mix well. Chill overnight before serving. Keep any extras refrigerated.

- Place the vinegar in a small non-reactive saucepan and heat to a boil. Add the sugar, stirring until it has completely dissolved, then lower the heat to medium-low and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, using a mortar and pestle or a bowl and the back of a spoon, pound or mash the garlic and salt to a smooth paste. Stir in the pepper flakes and blend well. Remove the vinegar mixture from the heat and stir in the garlic paste. Let cool to room temperature. Store sealed in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

- Cut wings at all joints, or use a 2.5 lb pkg of buffalo wings...already cut up
- Need a skillet with cooking oil and a cookie sheet lined with foil....Pre Heat oven to 400*
- Wash and place the 24 to 30 pieces in absorbent paper towels to dry.
- DEEP FRY or use a skillet: 375 degrees 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Mix hot sauce and melted butter into a medium bowl....dip fried wings into mixture and place on lined cookie sheet.....
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes till crispy. Great to dip in Ranch Dressing......
- Serve immediately.

HOT & SPICY DIPPING SAUCE
This is a "Mrs Dash" recipe - I did a search but could not find one that was close here on Zaar - This is a great sauce for dipping Chicken strips, Asian Meat balls - regular meat balls etc etc - You get the idea it is a very good all round sauce - I cut back on the sugar but will print it as it was published. There is a recipe for "Mrs Dash" here on Zaar if you are in an area that doesn't carry it. This sauce will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks

STUFFED AND BATTER FRIED AVOCADO
My husband just recently visited a little Mexican Restaurant in Angleton TX, La Casona and tried a wonderful dish...Stuffed and Batter Fried Avocado's They were to die for...They stuffed theirs with beef, beans, and cheese then battered and fried...They took both halves and put them back together with everything in between... I am making mine as a half because they are so rich...and made with carne adovada and cheese dipped in rellano batter....I don't have a picture as of yet though.....

- Cut in half your avocado's remove the pitts and peel set sprinkle lemon juice and place in air tight container in the fridge till needed....
- Grate your Mexican melting cheese and set aside.... In skillet brown your pork and add all spices to meat and 1/2 cup of water then simmer 20 minutes with lid on....Till meat has absorbed the spices and liquid...
- In a semi shallow bowl, mix your batter ingredients...set aside
- Heat the cooking oil in a deep pot... drop a bit of flour in oil to check that it is hot enough...
- Take a half of avocado and spoon a TBSP of meat into it and place cheese on top then carefully dip into batter and place carefully into hot oil...Let cook till golden brown and remove to drain on paper towel...continue on doing the same with the others....You may use my hot dipping sauce or eat as is...Best served when hot...

This dipping sauce is great for Onion Strings and Hot Wings...or even a salad dressing...I love to come up with different sauces...It is a bit tangy, sweet, hot and creamy...My favorite thing to dip in this sauce is Onion Strings...There is no sauce like this one I dreamt it up...Thank you for the picture... Lillian it looks so beautiful just like it is supposed to look....
