Ingredients

2 1/2 lb chicken wings
2 c hot sauce (valentina) mexican
4 Tbsp butter, melted
cooking oil

Steps:

1. Cut wings at all joints, or use a 2.5 lb pkg of buffalo wings...already cut up
2. Need a skillet with cooking oil and a cookie sheet lined with foil....Pre Heat oven to 400*
3. Wash and place the 24 to 30 pieces in absorbent paper towels to dry.
4. DEEP FRY or use a skillet: 375 degrees 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Mix hot sauce and melted butter into a medium bowl....dip fried wings into mixture and place on lined cookie sheet.....
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes till crispy. Great to dip in Ranch Dressing......
6. Serve immediately.

4 pounds whole chicken wings
Oil for deep-fat frying
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
4 to 6 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Celery and carrot sticks
Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing

Steps:

Cut wings into 3 sections; discard wing tip section. In a deep cast-iron or electric skillet, heat oil to 350°. Fry chicken wings, a few at a time, about 9 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels; place in a large bowl. , In a small saucepan, combine the next 7 ingredients; cook and stir 5-10 minutes. Pour over cooked wings; let stand 10 minutes. With a slotted spoon, remove wings from sauce and place them in a single layer on greased baking sheets. , Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Serve hot with vegetable sticks and dressing for dipping.
