QUICK PEANUT BUTTER-CAROB FUDGE

Steps:

• Combine peanut butter, soymilk, and carob chips in a saucepan.
• Stir over medium-low heat, until chips are melted. Add shredded coconut, mixing well.
• Spread entire mixture in a 9x13 casserole lined with aluminum foil. Chill.
• When firm, remove and cut into pieces. Store in refrigerator.

JODY'S PEANUT BUTTER CAROB CHIPS

Steps:

• Mix together: peanut butter,water, molasses, powdered milk then add wheat bran(or germ), oatmeal, chopped carob.
• Gradually beat in 3 cups whole wheat flour until dough forms a ball and pulls away from the sides (may take less or more than 3 cups).
• Roll out 1/4- 3/8" thick.
• Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut dough into bite sized pieces and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
• Leave in oven overnight to cool.

BUFFALO CHIPS

Steps:

• Blend butter, eggs, sugars and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
• In another bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and baking soda; then blend these into the egg/sugar mixture.
• One at a time, add the oatmeal, cornflakes, nuts, coconut, and chips, stirring frequently to make sure all are blended.
• Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes.

GARLIC- BUTTER CHIPS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Heat butter with garlic in a skillet for a few minutes; then remove garlic.
• Brush potato chips with garlic butter; place on baking sheets lined with paper towels.
• Heat 5 minutes; drain on clean paper towels.
