This is my niece's recipe for White Christmas. It's a yummier, more kid-friendly version of the tradional recipe!

Ingredients

2 cups rice bubbles
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup powdered milk
1/3 cup M&M', minis
1/3 cup dried apricot, chopped
1/3 cup sultana
250 g Copha, melted

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir until well mixed.
Press mixture into a slice tine, and refridgerate until set.
Once set, cut into squares.
