JUMBO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• In a large bowl, cream shortening, butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Chill for at least 1 hour., Preheat oven to 375°. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire racks.

GIANT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
• In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until combined; mix in vanilla.
• With mixer on low speed, add flour mixture; mix until just incorporated. With a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, stir in chocolate chips.
• Drop 1/4-cup mounds of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, at least 4 inches apart and away from edges of pan. (You will fit about 4 cookies to a sheet; bake in 2 batches, using 2 baking sheets per batch.) Bake until golden, 15 to 18 minutes, rotating sheets front to back and from top to bottom of oven halfway through.
• Cool 1 to 2 minutes on baking sheets, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.

CHEWY JUMBO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
• In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla, until well blended. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon, stir in walnuts if desired. Drop cookies by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
• Bake for 10 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges are light brown. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

Steps:

• Prheat over to 375 F.
• Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl.
• Beat butter, both sugars in large mixer bowl til creamy.
• Beat in eggs and vanilla.
• Gradually beat in flour mix.
• Stir in chips and nuts.
• Drop dough by level 1/4 c.
• measure,2 inches apart on cooky sheet.
• Bake for 12- 14 min.
• Cool 2 min.

EASY JUMBO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well., Stir in coconut and chips. Shape 3 tablespoonfuls of dough into a ball; repeat with remaining dough., Place balls 3 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 12-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool., In a microwave, melt candy coating if desired. Dip one end of cooled cookies in candy coating. Allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper; let stand until set.

JUMBO 3-CHIP COOKIES

Steps:

• PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
• COMBINE flour, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop dough by level 1/4-cup measure 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
• BAKE for 12 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely
